Due to the enhanced 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.In this package, the receiver is mounted in the Tube format.Several solutions have used this Receiver can transceiver in a variety of applications due to its Receiver IC nature.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this wide receiver.This differential driver requires a 4.5V~5.5V power supply.In most applications, this ic receiver is used in environments where -40°C~85°C is the operating temperature.5V is the supply voltage range that this line driver ic can efficiently operate with.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this wide receiver has 16 terminations integrated.As a standard package, this transceiver comes with a 16-pin layout that follows the market standard.Since the base part number AD808 uniquely identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., you can use it to find more variations.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin driver IC.A dramatic reduction in package size is achieved through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.There are two types of input voltage supply available for this IC, 5V.A rf transceiver module named Other Telecom ICs belongs to this subcategory.Driver ICs such as this one are designed to operate from 5V power sources.Input current should not exceed 0.1mA at the VCC pin of the ic receiver.Using the input voltage of 100mA, this integrating circuit is capable of driving LEDs with an output voltage of 12 volts.
