AD8109AST Overview


The electrical component comes in 80-LQFP packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch ic needs a voltage of 4.5V as its minimum supply voltage. Under temperatures above 85°C, this digital multiplexer may malfunction. It is recommended that the operating environment be set to over -40°C.
