In order to save board space, digital switch is located in the 256-LBGA Exposed Pad.It is packaged according to the Tray method.Digital switch ic adheres to a mounting method of Surface Mount.The analog IC used in the multiplexers can be referred to as Crosspoint Switch.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at 0°C~85°C.It provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers to use when it operates with a supply voltage of 2.25V~3.63V.provides digital controlled switch's digital controlled switch'sMultiplexers from the XStream? series can be used in a wide range of applications.As parts of its basic configuration, 256 terminations are desgined.The multiplexer's system is powered by 2.5V voltage.This turn signal switch contains 256 component pins.It is the end of conductors that is represented by BALL.To avoid unnecessary failures, keep the supply voltage at 2.25V (Vsup).It is advisable to keep the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) at 3.63V in order to prevent some unnecessary failures.This turn signal switch's circuit uses 34 transmission channels.
