AD834JR-REEL Overview


Tape & Reel (TR) are used for its packaging.In order to maximize cost efficiency, it is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The use of 4-Quadrant bits per stage is common.For its operation, a voltage of 5V is applied.The nominal negative supply voltage of -5V is provided.Radio-frequency signals modulated at 500MHz occupy the frequency range of 500MHz.To prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line, there are 8 terminations.Reflow temperature limit 240 is determined by the component whose tolerance for high temperatures is the lowest.Temperatures up to 70°C are allowed to be operated at.It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage be kept at 9V for normal operation.
