AD8638ARZ-REEL7 Overview

There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. Op amps are Zero-Drift types of amplifier on the chip. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. There have been a total of 8 terminations over the past year.
