AD8639ACPZ-REEL7 Overview


There is a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. Buffer amps of this type are called Zero-Drift-types. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 8. In total, there are 8 pins on this op amp ic. The linear amplifier should be run at 5V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it.
