AD9517-0ABCPZ Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 3.465V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution component.
