AD9517-3ABCPZ Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL.
