AD9517-3ABCPZ-RL7 Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found.
