AD9518-0ABCPZ-RL7 Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 2.95GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
