AD9518-1ABCPZ-RL7 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 2.65GHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
