AD9518-3ABCPZ-RL7 Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input.
