AD9518-4ABCPZ-RL7 Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 1.8GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVPECL logic.
