AD9520-0BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 2.95GHz maximum. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set.
