Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations.
