AD9520-2BCPZ Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
