AD9520-5BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock.
