AD9522-5BCPZ-REEL7 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
