AD9525BCPZ Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
