Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 32 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
