AD9578BCPZ Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
