ADA4004-4ACPZ-RL Overview


In order to protect the op amps, a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case is used. An op amp of this type is a General Purpose-type. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 16 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board. It is important to remember that this op amp should be operated at a voltage of 5V volts.
