ADA4062-4ACPZ-R7 Overview


Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. A J-FET-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be at least 16 terminations this year. It consists of a total of 16 pins in total. It is important to remember that this op amp should be operated at a voltage of 15V volts. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 16 pins are included on the operational amplifiers. In terms of the input offset voltage, instrumentation amplifier rates at 1.5mV. For this electrical component, the recommended mounting type is Surface Mount, which is the most common.
