ADE7763ARS Overview


Packing in Tube. It is packaged in the 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) format. It can be used as a Single Phase meter. Currently available in Surface Mount. Temperature at -40°C~85°C is extended during operation. It operates using 4.75V~5.25V power supply. This PMIC has a voltage of 0.8V on its low-level I/O ports. When using this device for high-level I/Os, the voltage presented by it is 2.4V. There are 20 terminations included in this part. This PMIC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUITIC is powerful. The normal voltage required for this part is 5V. Devices such as this one require a voltage of 4.75V or higher to work. As far as the maximum voltage that will be applied to the device is concerned, it should be kept below 5.25V. Joined 20 pins make up the frame. 3mA-device. This logic device consists of 2 channels.
