ADE7978ACPZ Overview


Packing in Tray. Package 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP. It can also be used as a 3 Phase meter. Available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. Using a 2.97V~3.63V power supply, it operates as it should. You can find more similar parts by searching ADE7978. It has a voltage of 0.8V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. There is a voltage 2.4V on this device for high-level I/Os. It includes 28 terminations. This PMIC ANALOG CIRCUITIC is powerful. The part requires a normal voltage of 3.3V. Users should be noted that this device requires 2.97V or higher voltage to start up. In order to prevent damage to the device, it is important to keep the maximum voltage below 3.63V. It has 28 pins jointed. Logic gate applications are made possible by this 28 solution. It is designed to be used as a Surface Mount device for easy installation and dismounting. When the supply current is set to 10.6mA, the PMIC will operate normally.
