ADF4001BCPZ Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock Generator (RF) in this case. Clock PLL is equipped with 20 pin count. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded.
