ADF4002BCPZ Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Clock generator ic works with 2.7V~3.3V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C.
