ADF4002BCPZ-RL Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There is a maximum frequency of 400MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.3V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF), Phase Detector component.
