ADF4107BRU-REEL Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 240 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
