ADF4110BCPZ-RL7 Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, TTL, which is designed to be the clock source. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 550MHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.7V~5.5V.
