ADF4111BCPZ Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. 1.4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.7V~5.5V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
