ADF4150BCPZ Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. In the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock logic. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Fractional N, Integer N, Frequency Synthesizer (RF) component. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number ADF4150. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 24 pins. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that clock generator can handle.
