ADF4252BCPZ-R7 Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found.
