In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
