ADF4360-3BCPZ Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with Clock logic levels.
