ADF4360-4BCPZRL Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.75GHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as you provide 3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work.
