ADF4360-6BCPZRL7 Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, TTL, which is designed to be the clock source. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.25GHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
