ADF4360-6BCPZRL7 Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, TTL, which is designed to be the clock source. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.25GHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF). These related electrical parts are available for the base part number ADF4360. The frequency generator is equipped with 24 pins. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 3 signal outputs. There is no way that a voltage higher than 3.6V can be supplied to this clock generator. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3V.
