ADG442BNZ Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. The multiplexer is located in Through Hole. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded.
