As the electronic part is packed in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP, international shipping is convenient. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 2:1. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~125°C TA degrees Celsius.
