This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP, making it easy to ship abroad. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations.
