Packed in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA.
