Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tray is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 4:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA.
