ADG884BCBZ-REEL Overview


The electrical component comes in 10-UFBGA, WLCSP packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:1 represents the number of circuits. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA.
