ADG904BCP Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tray is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Total terminations are 20. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 4 channels. With a 2.5V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. Electronic part bodies are injected with 20 pins. There is an integrated analog IC SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER in the module. For the switch device to function, a voltage of 1.65V is required.
