ADM1063ASUZ Overview


This power management consists of 48 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tray. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are 10 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. As a reference, this IC power includes 48-TQFP functions for your convenience. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Sequencer products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts in a 10-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 48 pins on the board. The pins of the power management system count 48. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 3V.
