ADM1065ASUZ-RL7 Overview


Power management is mounted through 48 terminals. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 10 channels. There are 48-TQFP functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Sequencer products. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 4.75V. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 10. Surface Mount mounts IC management. In total, the power management has 48 pins in it. 48 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 3V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 14.4V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Programmable as the output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 4.2mA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using ADM1065, the base power ics number.
