ADM1293-1BACPZ Overview


Trayipped up in a box. This package has the 16-WQFN Exposed Pad extension. Using it as a Single Phase meter is possible. There is an option in Surface Mount. -40°C~105°C achieves a higher operational temperature. There is a 2.95V~20V power supply that powers the device. Find more similar parts by searching ADM1293. It has a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V 1.5V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. For high-level I/Os, this device presents a voltage of 1.1V. 16 terminations are included in the part. This PMIC ANALOG CIRCUITIC is powerful. There is a need for users to be aware that this device can be operated only with a voltage level of 2.95V or higher.
