This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. 3 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts.
