ADM6315-29D4ART-RL Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 4 terminals. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 240 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 4. 4 pins make up the power management.
