Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. Power management has a total of 4 pins. Pin count of the power management is 4. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value. You can always use ADM6315, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature is 15μA. On the power management, there are a total of 1 inputs that are monitored.
